Lee is a Business Growth Strategist at Harvard Murray Consulting, CEO of Signal Media marketing agency and Podcast Host on The Exploring Growth Podcast.

He spent the first 10 years of his career in the field, on the phone and behind an email address, selling products and services to small and mid-tier growing companies. He took his experience of how to grow a company with sales and applied it when founding Signal Media, a creative content agency helping clients build content that drives growth. HIs goal in starting Signal Media was to explore his innate ability to understand human behavior while actually building a business.

After more than a decade of growing his agency and winning for hundreds of clients, his expertise in sales and marketing was called on by numerous business owners to help them set their marketing strategy and install systems for their sales and marketing teams. To delineate from his role at Signal Media, Lee created Harvard Murray Consulting to focus on consulting and advising companies on growth.
